Germany broadcaster ZDF and Austria’s ORF have begun shooting a new television movie based on the detective mysteries by author Martha Grimes.
Inspektor Jury schläft außer Haus (working title) is produced by Crazy Film and Epo Film for the two networks and began shooting in Dorset, England, this week.
It is written by Günter Knarr, based on the fictional character Richard Jury, an English chief inspector created by American author Grimes.
The producers are Dirk Eggers, Philipp Weinges, Andreas Richter and Dieter Pochlatko.
A broadcast date has not yet been set.
