The sounds of Motown will transformed into a new ten-part musical drama by the makers of BBC One crime drama Death in Paradise.
Red Planet Pictures has signed a deal with EMI Music Publishing for the series, called Stop! In the Name of Love, which comes from a joint venture between Tony Jordan, Duncan Kenworthy, Peter Smith and John Kennedy.
Kenworthy and writer Jordan will executive produce the series, which will tell the story of a group of smart 30-somethings and their search for love and friendship.
